Vietnam tourist resorts and cities can be roughly divided into 3 areas, which differ in terms of climate. These are North Vietnam, Central Vietnam, South Vietnam. The selection of these regions covers the most visited areas according to our surveys, on the other hand, there could be nice places to see also outside of our selected regions.
The part of Vietnam with the warmest climate is South Vietnam, which sees temperatures of 32 °C (89 °F) to 33 °C (91 °F) during the months of March - May.
On the other hand, the climate of North Vietnam is coldest with temperatures between 19 °C (67 °F) - 22 °C (71 °F) during the months of December - March.
The highest sea temperatures in Vietnam could be found in South Vietnam, where the sea temperature in April - June will be around 29 °C (84 °F) - 30 °C (85 °F).
The least cloudy region in Vietnam is Central Vietnam with 57 % of sunshine a day during its sunniest months December - March.
